2. Description of Service

Alarma Karma is a mobile application that provides alarm functionality with trivia-based wake-up challenges. The App includes features such as:

Customizable alarms with trivia questions
Karma points and progression tracking
Achievement badges
Cloud sync (with account registration)

3. User Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account. However, to enable cloud sync and backup features, you may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alarma Karma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available or error-free
Alarms will always trigger at the exact scheduled time
The App will meet all your requirements

Important: Do not rely solely on Alarma Karma for critical wake-up needs. Always have a backup alarm for important events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alarma Karma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
