Why isn't my alarm going off?

Make sure the alarm is enabled (toggle should be orange), notifications are allowed for Alarma Karma in your device settings, and Do Not Disturb is turned off or Alarma Karma is allowed during DND.

How do I dismiss the alarm?

You need to answer the trivia questions correctly. The number of questions depends on your difficulty setting: Easy (1), Medium (2), Hard (3), or Extreme (4-5).

Can I change the trivia categories?

Yes! Go to Settings > My Interests to select which trivia categories you want questions from.

How does Karma/XP work?

You earn XP for successfully dismissing alarms. Correct answers give you more XP, and maintaining a streak multiplies your rewards. Level up by earning XP!

What happens if I get a question wrong?

You'll need to try again! The alarm will keep ringing until you answer correctly. Don't worry - you can take your time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Sign Out. If you want to completely delete your data, contact us at support@alarmakarma.com.

Does the alarm work when my phone is on silent?

On iOS, alarms should sound even when your phone is on silent mode, as long as the volume is up. Make sure your ringer volume is not at zero.
